At Granite Elementary this year we are adding "apps" to search on our iREAD ipad.  Each week we add a new app by choosing a theme for the week.  We have searched fantasy, Beehive books, the school iRules, Destiny, iTunes(arts and recreation).  For the month of October we have been "liking" our iDewey section.  Each week we have highlighted a non-fiction section that has low interest.  We share some of the hidden treasures in this dewey number. We count the number of books the class checks out that week from that section, then at the end of the month the class with the highest circulation will get a spooky treat.
